Delivery estimates begin after your order is processed and shipped, typically within 1–3 business days of purchase. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Processing
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Standard shipping to P.O. boxes is available for US orders. Expedited shipping requires a physical street address.
What about customs and import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return physical books within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Books must be in their original, unread condition.
How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Digital Downloads & PDF Files
Free PDF downloads are non-refundable as they are delivered instantly upon request. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
